US Election Commentary
When we look back on it 2016 may end up being the year of electoral surprises!

It is very important, now as ever, to remember that in the long run good companies are good companies regardless of the political powers that be. They find ways to operate in the regulatory regimes imposed on them and thrive.

A large majority of the companies I like, and we own, have raised their dividends in 2016. This is no different than was the case in 2015 and I don't expect that to change much in 2017 and beyond!

The markets, much like individuals, hate uncertainty. A well thought out long-term plan‎ should not be brushed aside in the face of this, or any, short-term uncertainty. ‎

As always, I am here to help guide you as we manage your entire wealth picture through good and bad times. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me so we can talk through them.
